Emmy Jones is a graphic illustrator living and working in Exeter, Devon. Emmy’s love for the Devon coast began when she moved to Exeter as a student in 2013.

Graphic design has always been one of Emmy’s passions, and over the years she has been able to express her creativity using digital tools through opportunities in company branding, event promotion and campaign marketing. However, Emmy has always aspired to design and create her own digital artwork. The 2020 lockdown lent time and space for her to grow in her craft, and to experiment and explore her own unique artistic style and voice. It was out of this that Emmy Jones Designs was born.

Emmy Jones Designs emerged from a desire to combine Emmy’s love for both illustrative design and the stunning Devon coastline. Her work is inspired by a connection to place - and is characterised by simple shapes, clean lines, and negative space. This along with her use of limited yet harmonious colour palettes produces a minimalistic, calming aesthetic.

Emmy released her first collection in 2020 of her favourite beach in Devon – Budleigh Salterton. Since then, Emmy has expanded her collection to include more of her much-loved Devon locations which are now also available in a variety of colour schemes, designed to suit the style and palette of your individual space.

Emmy’s original and bespoke designs are available as both prints and greetings cards. She is also available for commissions.
